Forward 8’s with Circle Arms

 

Arms
Start with both arms to one side - the hand of the arm across the body (LEFT
HAND) should have fingers facing UPWARDS, this arm will travel DOWN.
The arm that is fully stretched (RIGHT HAND) should have fingers facing DOWN,
this arm will travel UPWARDS.

Hips
If LEFT arm is across the body, the LEFT hip needs to be at the back.


Arms
Turn LEFT hand over (from facing the floor) it should now face the CEILING.
Turn RIGHT hand round, (from facing the right) it should now FACE LEFT.

Hips
If the LEFT hand is now down, the LEFT HIP should have come to the front
to meet it.

Arms
